NIS fabric inspection scope is listed as bellows:
1. Check the actual prepared quantity(compare the actual quantity with the packing list provide by mill and PO order Quantity).
2. Randomly select fabric from bulk for visual check( check the weaving and dyeing and finishing defects commonly we use American 4 point system).
3. Shading check( check the shading of each color to the lab dips or approval color standard, head to end ,side-center-side shading of each roll selected, roll to roll shading or lot to lot shading).
4. Hand feel check( compare the bulk with the approval quantity sample).
5. Bow/skew and cuttable width check.
6. We randomly check 5 rolls length if found shorter more than 1% we will check some more.
7. Weight per sq.m check.
8. Packing check.
